Swipe Out Hunger

Mission

Swipe Out Hunger is a nonprofit organization that partners with universities to end student hunger. We do this through several programs. The Meal Swipe Drive allows university students to donate their unused meals that are then redistributed to their peers experiencing food insecurity. The team also supports on-campus food pantry and basic needs hubs where students can access resources that encourage their higher education success. Through our programs and advocacy work, we also empower students to see themselves as Change Makers and inspire university campuses, legislators, and other stakeholders to adopt hunger-free policies and practices.
